When you make a reservation enquiry through our website, we collect only what we need to confirm your booking: your name, phone number, email, party size, preferred location, date, time and any special requests you add. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Reservation details are emailed to our restaurant team so we can prepare for your visit and contact you if anything changes. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing.

Reservation emails are delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider. The website is hosted on Lovable's platform. These providers process data only to operate the service.

Reservation enquiries are kept in our email system for as long as we need them for operations and record-keeping. You can ask us to delete records that relate to you by contacting the restaurant directly.

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server and detailed system errors are logged internally rather than shown to visitors. We use industry-standard managed services for hosting and email delivery.

The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You can choose not to use the online reservation form and call us directly instead. If you have submitted an enquiry and would like it removed, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
